What a surprise find. The Khaes Overland Outpost store that supplies everything from home made eggplant chutney to delicious home made pies to strong Two Beards coffee, and everything else.  We stayed in tent 5, what a treat for campers like us to find a beautiful pitched meru tent and super comfy bed and snug bedding, along with a hot tub with views. Everything was thought of, glamping with the wildness and independence of camping. The little things. We rented two ebikes and explored an 18km loop in the mountains, what a great trail. An absolutely unforgettable place! Spending the night under Namibia’s incredible starry sky was one of the highlights of our trip. It was so peaceful, each campsite offered plenty of privacy, and we truly enjoyed the quiet and beautiful surroundings. A special thank you for the delicious coffee and your wonderful hospitality—it was such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made our stay extra special. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and heartfelt welcome, which immediately made us feel at home. A lovely surprise was that the hot tub was already being heated when we arrived, so we could relax almost straight away while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Everything was well taken care of, and the hospitality was exceptional. We highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views and outstanding hosts. The facilities and hot tubs are amazing! We went in early July and - though the safari tent was a bit chilly before getting into bed - the hot tub kept us so warm! And the views are stunning. Nous avons absolument adoré notre passage à Nauams!!! Au départ, nous pensions simplement faire une étape entre Windhoek et Sesriem, mais cela s’est transformé en une vraie belle expérience, bien au-delà d’un simple stop sur la route. L’accueil de Sonica a été très chaleureux, les infrastructures sont de grande qualité, le petit shop sur place est très pratique pour acheter ce dont on peut avoir besoin et notre hébergement était magnifique, très propre et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la promenade des os sur la propriété. Mais le moment le plus marquant restera sans doute la virée en 4x4 jusqu’au point de vue pour le coucher de soleil : un moment magique, avec des paysages superbes. Et que dire du petit déjeuner ? Tout simplement succulent, très complet, généreux… un vrai régal ! Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de Nuams et nous recommandons cet endroit très chaudement.
